The Mini section of Dinnington RUFC focuses on offering children at Y7 and below in the area an opportunity to learn the skills of, and participate in the game of Rugby. The Club has recently received the seal of approval from Twickenham which recognises and endorses the fact that the Club is well run, with sound principles.

The Mini section runs teams from Under 7's through to Under 12's, and both girls and boys are welcome to come and play. It is also heartening to see many ex Mini-Rugby players moving up through the Junior ranks and into the Seniors - this takes many years of hard work and determination. All Minis train every Wednesday and either train or play on Sunday mornings. Games are played against other sides from Yorkshire, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire.

Coaching and Management of the Mini teams is voluntary and is generally undertaken by current and ex players, and also by keen parents. All our Coaches are police checked.
